1. Delivery Guarantee
All our plants are covered by a delivery guarantee. If any plant arrives broken, in poor
condition, or damaged, Plants Miami Nursery Shop commits to replacing it within 24 hours,
provided the damage is reported immediately upon delivery.
2. Plant Selection and Quality
All plants are personally treated, selected, and prepared by our specialized team. We
guarantee that customers receive beautiful, fresh, and high-quality plants.
3. Return Policy
Once plants have been received and accepted by the customer (via online or phone order),
returns will not be accepted due to personal preference or change of mind. In the event of a
return request, the company may grant an exception, subject to a 50% penalty of the plant’s
value, due to incurred expenses such as selection, preparation, packaging, and delivery. If the
customer accepts this condition, we will proceed with the plant pickup. Otherwise, the
customer must keep the dispatched order.
4. Payment and Delivery Conditions
Delivery will only be processed once payment has been verified and confirmed in our account.
Standard payment confirmation takes approximately 24 hours. For urgent orders requiring
delivery in less than 24 hours, customers must pay via direct transfer or Zelle under the
company’s name. In such cases, delivery will have an additional 15% fee.
5. Delivery Costs
Delivery fees vary depending on the delivery area. The exact cost will be informed to the
customer at the time of purchase.
6. Benefits for Larger Purchases
For orders exceeding $3,000, customers will receive a 50% discount on delivery fees.
